In this role you will play a key part in organizing and managing programs for leading international medical and scientific conferences – and other professional fields.You will be part of a dedicated project team, working closely with scientific chairs and committees to guide complex programs from conception through execution. This includes coordinating all aspects of the program development, managing communication with clients, speakers, and participants, and overseeing related logistics.This position is adecuado for someone who wants to build expertise and long-term relationships with global stakeholders, and who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Support the preparation and management of all aspects of the scientific program, including program proposals and submissionsManage communication and logistics for VIPs, committee members, and invited speakers, including program requirements,
