Overview In this Tech Lead role you drive design, development, and delivery of scalable data processing and streaming solutions. You provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives and guide cross-functional teams. Responsabilidades Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data processing and streaming applications

Define architecture standards for distributed data platforms

Build and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines with Spark and Kafka

Develop scalable RESTful APIs following OpenAPI specifications

Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations

Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements





Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards

Drive continuous improvement across development processes and platform reliability

Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning

Requisitos principales Java development experience in enterprise environments

Strong expertise in Apache Spark (Spark SQL, Spark Structured Streaming)

Hands-on experience with Cloudera ecosystem

Kafka and Kafka Streams proficiency

Scala development experience

RESTful API design using OpenAPI

SQL and data modeling knowledge

Cloud experience, especially AWS

Databricks experience

System analysis and troubleshooting capabilities

Leadership experience with technical teams and project delivery

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Mentoring and promotion of engineering best practices

Ability to balance technical and business priorities leadership stakeholder management communication
