As Sales Director for the Iberian market, you will lead and develop a regional sales organization in Spain and Portugal. You will drive commercial excellence, manage strategic relationships, and implement change initiatives within a long-standing team. The role reports to the Regional Director for Southern Europe and collaborates with integral sales leadership to align on growth. You will shape the local strategy, oversee budgets and KPIs, and represent the company at industry events. This is a high-impact, operational leadership role in a globally backed hospitality group.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute the local commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal to foster sustainable growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a commercial team of over 25 people
- Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to develop growth plans and cooperative agreements
- Drive commercial transformation and CRM-driven excellence
- Collaborate with international corporate teams and global sales leadership
- Oversee the commercial budget and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage transition and change management within an established team
- Represent the company at key industry events and forums
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a Sales Director role within tourism or hospitality
- Proven track record leading and managing large or distributed sales teams
- Professional fluency in English (C1/C2) for reporting and high-level negotiation
- Willingness to travel regularly, nationally and internationally
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and commercial planning tools
