Spanish fluency is required for this role.- 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position.- Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.- Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices.- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).- Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers.- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI solutions.- Design, develop,



and oversee scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI products.- Drive the implementation of RAG solutions and other Generative AI initiatives.- Architect cloud-based AI platforms using Azure technologies.- Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders.- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.- Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and high availability across AI deployments.- Monitor industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering and translate them into actionable initiatives.- Contribute to the successful delivery of innovative AI products for the business.Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
