Experteer Overview In this role, you will help reduce fraud losses and boost profitability by building advanced risk rules and machine-learning driven controls. You’ll implement end-to-end fraud prevention strategies and iteratively improve them with data-backed insights. You’ll evaluate controls through A/B tests and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deploy preventive measures. You will monitor fraud patterns with SQL and analytics tools, and you’ll maintain executive dashboards to track risk and exposure. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how Glovo scales secure growth through data-driven decision making.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses across streams using advanced risk rules and ML
- Design, rollout, measure, and iterate fraud prevention controls
- Support evaluation of controls via A/B testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to propose preventive controls
- Perform risk analysis with SQL, Python, and analytics platforms to detect fraud patterns
- Contribute to ML workflows by defining features and validating model outputs




- Maintain centralized escalation process for suspected fraud and align with local teams
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards to track fraud OKRs, exposure, and compliance metrics
- Provide clear, data-driven insights on complex fraud topics to diverse audiencesResponsabilidades
- 1-3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; Python or similar toolsa plus
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Understanding of Precision vs. Recall and A/B testing principles
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
