With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior MEP QS to join our specialist team delivering major hospital and laboratory projects across the UK, ranging from 20m to 2b.You will provide MEPH cost management expertise across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider Cost & Commercial Management team.



This is an opportunity to play a key role on high-profile healthcare and technically complex developments.Role AccountabilitiesDeliver MEPH cost management across projects or key work packagesManage budgets, forecasts, reporting and cost controlSupport successful delivery to agreed scope, programme and budgetIdentify and escalate risks and commercial issuesProvide clear commercial advice to clients and stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with clients and external partnersSupport and mentor junior team membersContribute to collaboration, service improvement and best practiceExperience and QualificationsExperience in MEP quantity surveying / cost management on complex building projectsHealthcare experience is desirable, but not essentialAbility to deliver projects from inception to completionStrong stakeholder and client relationship skillsExperience mentoring or supporting junior colleaguesRelevant professional qualification and/or chartered status preferredWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
