For our Logistics Department, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our team in Madrid. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in Logistics in EMEA.

Main Responsibilities




- Direct contact person for logistics topics (for assigned Sales Managers) from inbound to outbound (final delivery to customer)
- Coordination with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
- Actively support in the improvement of operational processes (incl. projects automatization / digitalization)
- Creation of freight orders to selected forwarders/carriers
- Pro-actively ensuring transport of daily deliveries (monitoring and communication both internal and external parties) – managing agreed delivery plans and required changes
- Contact person for forwarder/3PL regarding transport status, delivery confirmations and delays
- Evaluate and report on KPIs (transportation and warehousing)
- Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and improvement areas
