Experteer Overview
As Development Sales Manager for BU Minerals, you drive growth by advancing the Raw material strategy and expanding Circular Raw Materials in Europe. You lead hands-on sales, business development and strategic marketing to capture new opportunities and strengthen partnerships. The role involves coordinating recycling sales initiatives, growing virgin raw materials and leading Green Raw Materials efforts. You will travel internationally across Europe to shape commercial strategy and deliver profitable growth.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Material science or related field
• Several years of experience in a commercial role
• Knowledge of virgin raw materials and/or recycling
• Knowledge of MgO markets (outside refractory is a plus)
• Relevant experience in recycling and/or MgO markets outside refractory
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English
