- Apply and uphold the corporate brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring visual consistency in every piece.
- Prepare and export files in the appropriate formats for each channel (digital, print, social media, web).
- Resize and adapt designs for different formats and platforms (e.g., adapting the same piece for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).
- Retouch and optimize images for use across different media.

- Support the preparation of materials for events, trade shows, or specific campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in brainstorming sessions and propose visual ideas when the opportunity arises.
- Carry out quality control tasks: review that materials meet technical and brand specifications before delivery.
What We Expect From You
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Intermediate level in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (we are not looking for an expert, but you should be comfortable working with these tools).
- Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Fluent English level (English will be used on a daily basis).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
- Interest or notions in motion graphics or video editing.
- Portfolio or work samples (academic or personal).
What Devicenow Can Offer You
- Hands-on experience in a professional marketing team.
- Continuous learning and direct mentoring from the design team.
- An environment where you can develop your creative eye and build your portfolio.
