- Accountable for driving revenue growth and generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Spanish market, focusing on the Formalize product.
- A frontline ambassador and trusted advisor, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers to build strong brand awareness for our solutions and services.
- Designing prospecting strategies and executing multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
- A key contributor to our pipeline accuracy, maintaining high data quality and logging all customer interactions seamlessly in our CRM system (HubSpot).

The Sales Team drives our strategic mission to expand Formalize’s footprint across key European markets. Based in our vibrant Madrid office alongside 35+ international colleagues, you’ll join a supportive, high-performing environment where collaboration and results go hand in hand.
Partnering closely with our Spanish sales team,



your core focus will be to open new commercial opportunities and accelerate local market growth. You will contribute to our vision of becoming the leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform by empowering organizations to streamline compliance and operate safely, fairly, and efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- A self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and the ability to work in an English-first team, to communicate value and negotiate seamlessly with customers and colleagues.
