As an Environmental Compliance Co-ordinator, you'll champion environmental compliance agenda across Property, helping colleagues understand environmental risks, improve compliance standards, and embed best practice into everyday decision-making. Working closely with our Sustainability, Risk and Safety teams, you'll help build the frameworks,



assurance plans and ways of working that protect our business, support continuous improvement, and create lasting positive impact.What you'll do• Develop and maintain environmental compliance frameworks, policies, procedures and assurance plans across the Property function• Champion environmental compliance and sustainability best practice across Co-op Property teams• Create and manage environmental compliance roadmaps, working with the Head of RHSE to review and update priorities as needed• Monitor environmental and sustainability risks across our property portfolio and recommend appropriate actions• Build strong relationships with colleagues across Property, Sustainability, Risk and Safety teams to support effective risk management• Provide expert advice and practical guidance on environmental compliance matters, balancing risk with commercial considerations• Act as a trusted critical friend,
