What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include:Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional business partner service.Own the end-to-end stock finance process, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, effective reconciliations and a seamless period-end close.Drive automation and process improvement initiatives, reducing manual activity and enhancing efficiency, control and colleague experience.Partner with team members across the business to resolve complex stock-related issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.Generate actionable insights from financial and operational data, helping improve stock management, working capital performance and business decision-making.Who you areYour skills will include:Qualified Accountant with strong knowledge of stock accounting, Record to Report processes and financial controls.Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.Strong process improvement approach,
