Job summaryWe are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to join the Estates and Facilities team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse programme of new-build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and community capital projects across Frimley Health and community sites. The programme includes schemes ranging from approximately 50,000 to 30 million, with an anticipated capital investment of around 50 million per year over the next three years.Main duties of the jobWorking closely with the Associate Director of Hard FM and wider Estates and Facilities teams, you will take delegated responsibility for the successful delivery of capital schemes from feasibility and design through to construction, completion and handover. Your work will directly support the Trust's clinical and operational priorities, while helping to maintain and improve the estate.You will bring specialist technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: building, technical,
