A well-established and growing regional law firm in Thames Valley is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (3–5 years’ PQE) to join its expanding commercial team.The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team advising a broad client base, including start-ups, entrepreneurs, charities, SMEs, privately owned businesses and UK subsidiaries of international organisations.The role will involve a wide variety of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on related business issues. Responsibilities will also include preparing tailored agreements and licences, advising on intellectual property, technology and data protection issues, and providing support on corporate matters where required. The team also maintains a strong interest in emerging technologies and regulatory developments, including developments in artificial intelligence.As the department continues to grow, the role offers clear opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility and the chance to develop specialist areas of expertise.Ongoing training,
