This includes supplier scouting, sourcing, contract negotiation, order placement, supplier performance management, and continuous cost optimization.The Lead Sourcing Specialist is accountable for solving complex problems, executing objectives, and supporting short-term and long-term business goals.



This role contributes to operational and financial planning while supporting overall business strategy and driving procurement excellence across the organization.As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services, driving cost reduction, productivity, and cash flow objectives.Managing RFQ, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Developing and executing supplier and category strategies aligned with general sourcing objectives to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk.Building and managing strategic supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving continuous supplier performance improvements.Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Engineering, and
