Working within the Product team, you will protect product integrity and help International Operations maximise existing billing capabilities.You will investigate complex billing issues, leading discovery and root-cause analysis to identify whether challenges arise from processes, data, configuration, integrations,



product functionality or finance systems. Using evidence and insight, you will turn findings into clear product recommendations and improvement opportunities.Partnering closely with the Darwin Product Owner and teams across Operations, Finance, Tax, Technology, Data, Finance Product and SAP Product, you will help shape priorities, influence roadmap decisions and support initiatives through definition, testing, release and adoption.Using strong analytical and commercial judgement, you will assess competing demands and recommend priorities based on client impact, financial risk, business value, effort and dependencies.
