The RoleAs a Senior Technical Consultant, you'll design scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver genuine business value — working closely with customers, delivery teams and partners throughout the engagement lifecycle.You'll:• Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions using industry best practice
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications,



user stories and scalable solutions
• Lead technical discussions and provide prescriptive guidance on ServiceNow architecture and platform health
• Participate in customer workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions
• Guide customers through technical documentation and solution decisions
• Provide technical leadership across configuration, integrations, testing and documentation
• Review and validate technical deliverables produced by partners and customer teams
• Provide oversight of unit testing and technical quality
• Lead smaller projects and technical teams, taking ownership from design through to delivery
• Work collaboratively to analyse and resolve complex technical challenges
• Share ServiceNow knowledge and best practice with customers and internal teams
• Provide feedback to product development based on real-world customer experience
• Contribute to engagement re
