We are hiring an Operations Associate to work across Finance, People and the wider operational side of the business.This role is deliberately unspecialised. You will not own a single function; you will be the person Operations relies on to get things moving, working directly with the Financial Controller and the People Director, and reporting to the SVP of Finance & Operations.



In practice that means a month-end close in the same week as an all-hands deck and a board travel booking.We are also hiring for how you work, not just what you have done. Snowplow builds behavioral data infrastructure for AI, and we expect the people running our own operations to use AI properly - as the default way you approach a task, not an occasional novelty. If you already work this way, you will get more done here than the role's job title suggests.This is a first or second role, and it is a genuine route into a career in operations.
