As the Head of Marketing you are accountable for leading a team of specialist Product Managers responsible for the development and implementation of all brand plans across the full Surgical product portfolio. This role is to develop, establish and execute short and long-term marketing strategies for the Surgical portfolio across the UK & Ireland to deliver agreed growth targets, market share expansion, and commercial performance objectives.



This role has significant impact on the Surgical business through influence on portfolio strategy, growth initiatives, launch readiness, customer engagement activities, and overall commercial performance across the region. You will have full financial responsibility of the UK & Ireland Surgical marketing budget and the responsibility for portfolio revenue growth, market share performance, promotional investment, and return on marketing spend.
