You will play a vital role in driving a culture of continuous learning, supporting managers in developing their teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards across the site.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYour duties as the Learning and Development Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and local needs to build workforce capability.Lead the design, delivery,
