This is a cross-functional project management role working closely with Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams across Europe and internationally. The position will focus on improving commercial performance, customer engagement, sales processes and go-to-market activity through data-driven and customer-focused initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Project Manager – EMEA job in the UK:
• Lead and support cross-functional Sales, Marketing and Product Management projects across the wider business.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic commercial and product growth initiatives.
• Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition,



engagement and improving conversion rates.
• Enhance alignment between regional sales teams, product management, marketing and other key business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer experience and sales processes.
• Support the implementation of data-driven customer and market analytics to optimise go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms to improve commercial visibility and operational efficiency.
• Track project milestones, risks, actions and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across sales and marketing processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with international teams and subject matter experts to deliver measurable business improvements.
• Support the wider transformation of the organisation's global Sales & Product Marketing functio
