Experteer Overview As Plant Manager for the Liquibox site in Madrid, you will oversee a safe, efficient, and sustainable operation that aligns with broader business objectives. You’ll connect production with supply chain, quality, maintenance, finance, and commercial priorities to deliver the right products on time with quality and cost discipline. You’ll set direction, develop people, and pursue continuous improvements in capacity, profitability, and customer service. This role links the plant to the wider business, fostering cross-functional collaboration and responsive operations.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Translate company and site objectives into clear plant priorities and plans
- Establish management routines, performance reviews, and escalation processes
- Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure safe, efficient production aligned with customer requirements
- Resolve operational constraints quickly and prevent recurrence
- Maintain visibility of stocks, inventory, material availability, and production needs
- Collaborate with supply planning, materials control, and business stakeholders to improve replenishment and material flow
- Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis,
and process improvement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity, quality, cost, service, and lead time
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable working environment
- Build a culture focused on safety, respect, quality, ownership, and continuous learningResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in senior/managing manufacturing or site leadership roles
- Proven track record improving safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics
- Experience leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital investment, and financial analysis
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience in packaging, liquid packaging, or similar manufacturing environments desirable
- Experience with automation, digital transformation, ERP systems, and data analytics
- Experience in international, matrix, or multi-site organizations
- Willingness to work onsite at Madrid plant with access to office, production, and warehouse environmentsRequisitos principales
