Join us and take your career to new heights!What will you do?Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiencyOversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptimeEnsure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirementsManage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service deliveryEnsure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areasCollaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issuesEnsure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishmentMaintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organizationPrepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports,
