Overview

As Lead Content Manager, you own the end-to-end content lifecycle for marketing pages and special-interest topics on global platforms, including Storyblok. You'll partner with UX, product and regional teams to shape information architecture and content layouts, deliver multi-market publications, and optimize digital experiences at scale. You'll drive collaboration across divisions to accelerate launches and standardize modular content.

Responsabilidades Own content marketing lifecycle from concept to global launch in Storyblok

Collaborate with UX designers and business units on information hierarchy and layouts

Design responsive wireframes using Figma with the UX team

Build master pages in CMS and manage translations across 17 languages with regional approvals

Coordinate global content rollouts across up to 92 market variations with multimedia integration





Continuously optimize digital platforms based on stakeholder feedback and market needs

Serve as bridge between business divisions, creative leads, and web development

Identify opportunities for standardization and modular content to speed launches

Requisitos principales 5+ years in digital content strategy, editorial, project leadership, or content operations for premium brands or agencies

Proficiency in web page concept development, layout, structuring, and wireframing with Figma

Strong experience with headless CMS; Storyblok is a major plus

Deep knowledge of UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO

Proven track record managing complex international content rollouts with global stakeholders

Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional squads with developers, PMs, and designers

English professional proficiency; German is a plus
