About Livo
Livo was born with the mission to improve healthcare globally through cutting edge technology, because we deeply believe health is the most important asset we all have. We launched our nursing shift marketplace in Spain to support healthcare institutions with their staffing needs, matching them with healthcare professionals interested in extra work, and adding transparency, flexibility and convenience for both sides.
Livo is building the AI-powered operating system for the healthcare workforce, operating at the intersection of HR Tech, marketplaces, and applied AI. Livo Pool, our marketplace, connects 50,000+ registered healthcare professionals with 200 hospitals across Spain, Italy, and Poland.
About The Role
Our marketing team is small, fast, and 360º. One week it's social content, the next it's an event, the next it's digging into campaign data. We're looking for a Marketing Intern to jump in as the extra pair of hands across all of it, and to grow fast by doing.
This is a hands-on support role. You'll touch a bit of everything the team ships: social media, content, events, analytics and a lot of AI, sitting inside a creative, data-driven team and learning how modern marketing actually works end to end. To be clear on scope: this isn't a strategy-owning or people-management role, and we don't expect years of experience. We expect curiosity, drive, and the willingness to take on whatever challenge is in front of you.
Ready to get hands-on and learn marketing from every angle? Let's talk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Powering our social media: helping plan, create, schedule and publish content across our channels,
and keeping our community active and engaged.
- Turning data into insight: tracking how content and campaigns perform, pulling together reports, and helping the team turn metrics and analytics into next steps.
- Making events happen: supporting the organization of events end to end, from logistics and materials to promotion and on-the-day execution.
- Working AI-first: using AI tools every day to speed up content creation, research, ideation and analysis, and helping us find smarter, faster ways to work.
- Supporting the team across the board: pitching in wherever the team needs a hand and taking on new, varied challenges as they come.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone at the start of their marketing journey who's genuinely excited to learn by doing, not someone with a long CV.
- Eager to learn and hands-on: ready to roll up your sleeves and try things, not wait to be told exactly what to do.
- Comfortable with data: not scared of a spreadsheet, and curious about what the numbers are saying.
- AI-curious: excited to make AI tools part of your daily workflow.
- Organized and reliable: able to juggle a few things at once without dropping the ball.
- A team player:
happy to take on different challenges and support wherever needed.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
Nice to have:
- Any hands-on experience with social media, content creation or event support. Personal projects and side hustles count.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, basic analytics dashboards and AI.
- A creative eye paired with a bit of a data brain.
What We Offer
- Real learning across a 360º team: a rare chance to build experience across the full marketing stack (creative, data, events and AI) in a single internship.
- Hands-on from day one: mentorship and real ownership; the work you do actually ships.
- AI-first toolkit: work with the same modern AI tools the whole team uses.
- Paid internship: 6-month, full-time, paid placement.
- Path to full-time: potential to convert into a permanent role for the right person, open to both students and recent graduates.
- Cool & vibrant offices: very well located at the heart of Barcelona in Paseo de Gracia, with natural light, great views and spacious, cool vibes.
- Impact: help solve one of healthcare's most critical issues, and make a real-world impact on healthcare providers and patients alike.
- Culture: strong culture with an emphasis on ownership, impact and ambition, and on enjoying the journey.
Interview Process
1. Intro call with the Marketing team: motivation, fit and what you're excited to learn.
2. Interview with the hiring manager, including a short hands-on/creative exercise.
3. Final culture-fit conversation with the team.
4. Offer.
