At Diokles, we stand for comprehensive, customer-focused IT consulting in the field of SAP HR. As a dynamic company with a unique team spirit, we place great emphasis on both meeting our clients' needs and fostering the personal and professional growth of our colleagues. For us, learning and development are key, whether it's mastering new technologies, building expertise, or growing personally, we provide the support you need to succeed.
As a fast-growing, international company, we offer you the chance to kick-start your career in our office in Granada, gain hands-on experience and grow with us.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, well-organized, and hands-on Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our marketing activities and give our brand a strong, consistent voice in the SAP HR market.
This is a broad, generalist role where you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing across content, social media, employer branding, events, and campaigns. Rather than focusing on a single channel, you will bring ideas to life across different formats and touchpoints and help build our marketing activities from the ground up.
As an international company headquartered in Germany with an office in Granada, you will work closely with colleagues across different countries on a daily basis. Excellent English communication skills are essential, while German is a strong advantage.
You don't need to have specific knoweledge in SAP. What matters most is that you enjoy creative, greenfield work, are comfortable taking ownership, have a structured and proactive mindset, and are eager to learn. We will provide a comprehensive onboarding and support you in developing the technical understanding you need to get up to speed with our business.
Your Responsibilities
Own and grow our content and social media presence:
- Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram and our blog.
- Write and edit engaging content in English (and ideally German).
- Create visuals, graphics, and short-form videos using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.
- Create and improve visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Strengthen our employer brand and recruiting marketing:
- Bring our team culture to life through photos, stories, employee spotlights, and other creative content.
Support campaigns, events, and lead generation:
- Help plan and execute trade fairs, webinars, customer events, and other marketing activities.
- Manage merchandise across client gifts, internal events, and recruiting fairs; from sourcing and vendor selection to budget and inventory.
- Develop and support email campaigns and other lead-generation activities.
Manage and improve our website and marketing tools:
- Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and website traffic.
- Analyze results and identify what works and where we can improve.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity:
- Ensure our visual identity and tone of voice are consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
Improve how we work:
- Identify opportunities to make our marketing processes more efficient and effective.
- Help document, structure, and standardize internal marketing processes and best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (ideally in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business or Translation & Interpretation).
- First practical experience in marketing, communications or social media, for example through internships, working student roles or your own projects.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent writing skills.
- German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Spanish is welcome.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, LinkedIn, CMS systems (e.g. WordPress/TYPO3) or newsletter tools would be appreciated.
- A creative eye combined with a structured, reliable and responsible way of working, even under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and solution-oriented.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 25 %) for events, trade fairs and team meetings.
What We Offer
- Long-term, customised mentoring for your professional and personal growth.
- A strong onboarding so you can live up to all your tasks and responsibilities (especially on topics such as the SAP HR market, our services and our tools).
- Further training in relevant skills.
- A lot of creative freedom: your ideas will be visible in the market, not buried in approval loops.
- High-quality IT equipment.
- A motivated and international team.
- Beautiful office in the centre of Granada.
- Exciting team events.
- As a growing start-up, you'll have the opportunity to step beyond your core role, collaborate across functions, and actively shape the way we grow as a company.
