In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.Validate contract modifications during approval workflowsCoordinate with departments to resolve errors or missing information.Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories, and issuing confirmation sheets.Archive signed contracts and related documents; maintain and update thecontract ledger, submitting monthly updates to CTGI.Provide guidance to departments on ERP-Ariba usage to ensure proper approval anize and archive historical contracts, assign contract numbers, and maintain corresponding records.Audit SupportReportingBachelor’s degree in Finance,
