Overview In this role you design, build and govern integral MES configurations (Werum PAS-X and Opstrakker) to align with the Core model and Sanofi standards. You collaborate with MES product and site teams to deliver compliant, scalable MES solutions that drive manufacturing efficiency. You work across processes, systems and infrastructure to enable lifecycle governance, risk control, and continuous improvement.

Your work supports sites in solving issues and advancing digital manufacturing capabilities in a complex, multinational environment.

Responsabilidades Translate business requirements into scalable MES designs aligned with the Core Model

Design and build Master Batch Records, MBR workflows and related templates

Configure core solutions close to market standards and best practices

Lead on-time delivery of projects and ensure robust, cost-effective solutions

Participate in design reviews, MBR reviews, and incident/problem management





Ensure solutions comply with Quality, Security and Accessibility standards

Monitor performance indicators and ensure correct platform management processes

Provide functional/technical training and transfer knowledge to sites

Requisitos principales 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, especially MES (Werum PAS-X and Opstrakker)

Strong MES knowledge and pharma industry regulatory context (GxP)

Experience with integration to ERP, shopfloor, labelling, and mobile technologies

Knowledge of Automation layer (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and scripting (VB/.Net)

Experience with reporting tools (Power BI) and Cloud (Azure) is a plus

Master Batch Record design/Review by Exception

Project management experience is a plus
