Experteer Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Grifols, you will lead and optimize projects that install and expand manufacturing equipment, facilities, and production areas. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure GMP-compliant, safe, and efficient operations. Your work supports scalable manufacturing of plasma-derived medicines and related services. This role offers exposure to strategic expansion projects and technology transfer within a global leader in healthcare.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing equipment, facilities, and production areas
• Manage expansion and improvement of industrial utilities (air, HVAC, purified water, etc.)
• Coordinate engineering activities with external suppliers and internal departments
• Assist in design/review of layouts, material flows, and new production area configuration
• Oversee construction and installation, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare and review technical documentation for engineering projects
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, qualification, and validation of new facilities and systems




• Serve as technical reference for industrial infrastructure projects
• Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment, facilities, and processes
• Monitor project milestones and budgets; participate in strategic expansions and transfers

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience managing industrial projects in manufacturing settings (pharma, cosmetics, biotech or food preferred)
• Experience with industrial construction or facility expansion and cleanrooms/GMP environments
• Participation in technology transfer or commissioning of new facilities
• Knowledge of industrial installations and utilities (HVAC, compressed air, purified water, gases, monitoring systems)
• Experience coordinating external engineering firms, suppliers, and contractors
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Advanced English
