Overview
As a Medical Scientific Liaison, you will act as a trusted scientific partner to Medical Experts and healthcare stakeholders, translating complex data into clinical insights and enabling evidence generation to support patient care. In this field-based role, you will engage with the medical community to reinforce Novartis' scientific leadership and collaborate across teams to shape medical strategy. You'll work at the intersection of science, clinical practice, and innovation, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Responsabilidades
Develop and execute strategic Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country medical priorities and therapeutic area strategy
Build and maintain scientific relationships with Medical Experts, investigators, and key healthcare stakeholders through compliant, peer-to-peer scientific exchange
Educate Medical Experts on emerging clinical data, disease state information, and approved scientific content
Respond to unsolicited medical and scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals
Support sponsored clinical research programs through site identification, feasibility, trial execution, and collaboration with clinical operations
Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT)
processes and provide scientific guidance on investigator request
Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and evidence-generation plans
Act as a scientific resource for cross-functional colleagues by providing therapeutic area expertise and data interpretation
Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and special case scenarios in line with company policies
Maintain high standards of Ethics, Risk & Compliance, governance, and documentation across medical activities
Requisitos principales Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc or equivalent)
Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Medical Information, or related scientific field in pharma/healthcare
Strong understanding of clinical research, trial design, epidemiology, biostatistics, and drug development processes
Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to healthcare professionals and Medical Experts
Experience building professional relationships with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders
Strong collaboration skills to work across a matrix environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant digital tools
Excellent medical writing, presentation, and scientific communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
