The role focuses on customer service processes within an international S/4HANA transformation program.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and support business process owners in Customer Service operations
Design and implement SAP CS processes with integration into SAP SD and PM
Contribute to a global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative
Perform application customization, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Create IT concepts and specifications for development teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to international colleagues




RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Extensive SAP consulting experience, particularly in SAP CS
Strong knowledge of SAP SD and SAP PM integrations
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of S/4HANA Service or SAP Field Service Management is advantageous
Strong analytical, process-oriented, and communication skills
Fluent German and English
