The Integral Asset Operations Manager - Advanced Wound Managementwill lead the strategic coordination of regional fleet operations across all regions. Serving the Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Service&Repair; functions, this role will establish a unified governance model, create/support standardized processes, develop performance metrics, and deliver insights to optimize fleet size, service levels, and cost efficiency.The role will act as a central point of contact between local operations teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.What will you be doing?Coordinate and support regional fleet teams to ensure consistent global standards and best practices from NPI to EOL.Develop and implement a global fleet policy covering lifecycle management, service levels, and cost control.Design and maintain a KPI framework to monitor fleet size, utilization, cost,



and service performance and compliance.Provide regular reporting and dashboards to executive leadership on fleet health, cost and optimization opportunities.Partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Service&Repair; to ensure cost-effective and compliant fleet operations.Lead initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership and improve environmental impact.What will you need to be successful?Solid experience in medical device fleet management, particularly involving assets in hospitals, nursing homes, and similar settings is required.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
