Installed Base & Lifecycle OwnershipDrive visibility and understanding of the Automation and PI installed base across Business Lines.Define lifecycle and segmentation approaches to identify growth opportunities, risks, and modernization needs. Identify and accelerate automation modernization opportunities across the installed base.Promote best practices in lifecycle management and installed base development across the organization and facilitate cross-functional alignment and standardization to support sustainable growth.Partner with Product Management, Service, and Business Line teams to develop scalable lifecycle offerings.2.
