Our people make the difference.What you will do:To provide a professional capability development and training delivery service to TSUK regarding to aid with upskilling organisational competence in matters relating to health, safety and environment to help enable both adherence to legislative compliance obligations and delivery within Tata Steel.Deliver high-quality Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) training programmes to support legal compliance, workforce competence and TSUK SHE strategy objectives. Plan, coordinate and deliver internal HSE training courses,



including foundation-level safety training across TSUK sites.Support the development and implementation of HSE competency frameworks, role profiles and competence development programmes.Develop, review and maintain training materials, lesson plans and e-learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with current legislation and best practice. Coordinate training schedules, resources and subject matter expert involvement to ensure effective delivery of annual HSE training plans. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and stakeholder engagement, implementing continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods. Promote a positive safety culture through the delivery of behavioural and leadership-based HSE programmes and initiatives. Maintain training records, document control and course materials within relevant document management systems. Support the delivery of HSSE campaigns, webinars and improvement initiatives, ensuring training and competence requirement
