The role serves as a critical bridge between clinical expertise, commercial objectives, and customer success by ensuring healthcare professionals receive high-quality training, scientific education, and ongoing clinical support. This individual will lead the development of educational programs for new customers, experienced users, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal commercial teams, helping drive clinical excellence, customer satisfaction, adoption,
