This dynamic role requires strong relationship – building skills, a proactive approach to client management, and a keen eye for risk and compliance. Your responsibilities will span from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing client relationship, invoice funding, and debt collection, all while focusing on maximizing client retention and company revenue. as the first operations hire you have the chance to set the culture as the business grows and a team is built.Key responsibilitiesClient Service and Retention: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure minimal client attrition, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.Face to Face meeting: Attend regular client meetings, building relationships and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.Invoice Funding and Risk Management: Oversee invoice funding and manage risk, ensuring the company does not lose money and maximizing the funding potential of each client.Onboarding & Facility Management: Seamlessly onboard new clients, managing their facility variations as needed.
