Account Manager – Paints & CoatingsLocation: Blackley (Manchester), United KingdomTravel: Up to 40% throughout EuropeJob Type: Full-time, Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)How You'll Make an ImpactManage and grow relationships with key Paints & Coatings customers across Europe, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Drive profitable sales growth through the expansion of existing accounts and identification of new business opportunities.Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with market trends, customer objectives, and Lubrizol growth priorities.Collaborate with Technical, R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.Provide commercial and technical support on Lubrizol's portfolio, including hyper-dispersants, waxes, resins, polymers, dispersions, and formulated solutions.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, utilizing Dynamics CRM to track opportunities, forecast growth,
