South East London - Lewisham, Sidcup, Bromley area'sRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:• Maintaining CCTV/ Intruder and Access Control systems• Delivering high calibre customer service at all times• Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files• Undertake continuous training to improve professional development• This list is not exhaustive, you may be asked to complete other related duties as and when requiredSKILLS SET:• Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, smart phones etc• Confident IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel as this is required for completion of reports, timesheets, asset registers etc.• Good Customer service skills as you will be dealing with our high-end clients on a day to day basis• Excellent troubleshooting skills• Ability to work on own initiative• Knowledge of relevant industry standards
