you might not want to leave"Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will be expected to provide medical expertise in the field of Adult CMHT Psychiatry. The key responsibilities and expectations are: Responsibility for the investigation, diagnosis, and management of psychiatric disorders in a community setting for patients aged 18-65yr. Providing clinical leadership, support, and advice to the adult community mental health team. Contribution to the Care and Recovery framework process for individuals who are care co-ordinated. Supervising one of the staff grade doctors. Close working relationships with other parts of the mental health care group. Fulfilling the role of Responsible Officer for detained patients on long term leave in the community, working closely with the Mental Health law Office to ensure timely delivery of tribunal reports and other documentation linked to Jersey Mental Health Law.
