POSITION SUMMARYThis posting is for an experienced Lead Engineer that will lead the design and release new products within High Density Liquid Cooling. This Lead Engineer will work in a cross-functional development group at a global level, managing a variety of tasks and lead team activities required in this dynamic environment that includes solving complex problems along the way.A professional individual in product development and engineering who executes advanced tasks, processes, techniques and procedures. This position occupies a hybrid role that bridges high-level technical expertise with team management and project oversight.RESPONSIBILITIES Lead by example and direct other engineers in the conduct of product development from an engineering capacity for CDU developmentCheck and approve drawings and bill of materials Participate in identification of cost reduction opportunities in the design and development and identifying alternative component selection.Technical Leadership: Guide the team’s (matrix organisation) technical direction, make or influence architectural decisions,



and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.Project Oversight: Manage timelines and deliverables from concept through to delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software, and manufacturing) at a integral level.Quality & Compliance: Develop and enforce engineering standards and quality procedures (e.g., ISO, ASME, or GD&T;).
