This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations effectively.As a People and Culture- XP Partner,



you will be responsible for:A first point of contact for employees & people leaders who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes in the Country. Assist in executing core P&C; processes such as employee employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.Connect with local talent and implement the talent management agenda in the country. Coach and support people leaders. Assist with workforce planning and talent reviews.Help implement employee engagement initiatives and regional P&C; projects at the local level.Support the communication and implementation of country-specific HR policies and procedures.Monitor updates to local labor legislation and escalate relevant changes to the XP LeaderEnsure compliance with internal guidelines and assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections.Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to P&C; policies, performance,
