In this hybrid Assistant Manager or Manager role, you will lead a Private Equity client team delivering both fund accounting and fund administration / governance services, ensuring accurate reporting, responsive client service, and strong control of deadlines and risk. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders (clients, auditors, custodians, investment advisors) and help drive continuous improvement across workflows, quality, and team development. This is a permanent role based in Jersey.Your responsibilitiesLead day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of Private Equity funds, overseeing both fund accounting and fund administration outputs in line with SLAs and internal controlsPrepare and/or review periodic and annual financial reporting (e.g.,



monthly/quarterly/semi-annual management accounts and annual accounts under UK GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP), including audit coordination and timely resolution of queriesOversee NAV production (where applicable), including review of key reconciliations, portfolio transaction processing, cash movements, and accruals to ensure accuracy and completenessManage client governance requirements: attend Board/Committee meetings as required, prepare and circulate agendas and minutes, and track actions to completion with clear documentationMaintain high-quality client records and statutory/transactional documentation, ensuring confidentiality, data integrity, and timely updates of correspondence and decisionsProactively manage client communication and relationships; escalate risks early, contribute to business development, and support client retention through excellent serviceMonitor operational controls and compliance expectations (including AML/KYC awareness), ensuring issues are ide
