This is a unique opportunity for a technically focused marine professional to take ownership of the dry docking strategy and delivery for the fleet, acting as the company's technical representative throughout docking, refit and major repair projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all docking activities are planned, executed and delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards. Working closely with vessel superintendents, planners, contractors and shipyard teams, you will ensure docking projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.



This role offers significant visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to influence fleet reliability, maintenance standards and long-term engineering strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of vessel dry dockings, refits and major repair periods.Develop detailed docking specifications, work scopes and repair packages.Act as the company's technical representative throughout dry dock periods.Manage contractors, shipyards and service providers to ensure safe and high-quality delivery.Monitor workmanship, progress and technical compliance throughout docking activities.Coordinate Class surveys, statutory inspections and certification requirements.Review and manage technical findings, defects and scope changes.Sign off completed works and ensure all technical requirements have been achieved.Deliver lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement across future dockings.Support fleet modifications, upgrades and engineering improvement initiatives.Provide tec
