Overview In this hands-on role, you lead a diverse operations team at an Amazon site to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer demands. You will analyse performance, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to standardise shift processes. The role offers exposure to large-scale operations and a collaborative culture that values safety, data-driven decisions, and contingency planning.
