Overview

In this role, you will lead end-to-end processing and control of private debt and alternative investments within the Investment Administration & Accounting (IAA) function. You will work with investment teams, custodians, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong governance. You will drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk controls across private markets. This position offers exposure to cross-functional initiatives and a chance to shape operational excellence in a global finance context. You will contribute to reliable investment information that supports strategic decision-making and stakeholder trust.

Responsabilidades

- Manage end-to-end processing, posting, and clearing of private debt transactions
- Oversee income payments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events for private market assets
- Ensure accurate month-end closings for private debt and alternative investments
- Perform monthly reconciliations of private assets and related cash accounts
- Act as subject matter expert for private markets operations and support system enhancements
- Collaborate with investment teams, custodians,



and third-party administrators to resolve complex operational issues
- Lead automation and digitalization efforts for private and illiquid assets
- Develop and maintain internal controls and QA processes across investment accounting and reporting

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset for reporting and operations
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and evolving requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders (asset managers, custodians)
- Interest in emerging technologies and practical AI applications
- Ability to standardize processes across regions using technology and cross-team collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing complex operational workflows in private markets
- CFA designation is an advantage
- 4–5 years in investment operations or related fields with exposure to private debt and alternative investments
- Experience with SAP FSCM, FAM, or TRM modules is a plus
