Experteer Overview
As part of Puig’s fragrance and home care development team, you contribute to formulation and stability testing of cosmetics and fragrance products. You work with internal colleagues to drive development, documentation, and transfer to manufacturing, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory requirements. You stay current with scientific advances to shape innovative formulas. This role offers a chance to impact product performance within a creative, growth‑oriented culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Participate in formulation steps for cosmetics (fragrance) and home care products
• Assess formulation stability and commercial feasibility
• Coordinate testing to ensure timely market-ready products
• Prepare and maintain formula documentation for development and commercialization
• Develop raw material, bulk, final product specs and manufacturing procedures
• Conduct stability studies and product performance protocols
• Prepare laboratory SOPs




• Support manufacturing transfer from pilot to commercial production
• Troubleshoot product or process issues
• Stay informed about advances in cosmetic science and technology

Responsabilidades
• 0–2 years of cosmetic formulation experience
• Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights
• Knowledge of ingredients, physical testing and analytical methods for cosmetics
• Fragrance knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with global cosmetic regulations
• Languages: Spanish and English, French would be a plus
• Strong communication skills and organizational/project management abilities
• Technical laboratory skills
