At Studec Iberia, we are looking for a PMO Consultant to support Supply Chain activities within the MRTT (Multi Role Tanker Transport) Program. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic international environment, supporting planning, customization, and coordination activities across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

? PMO & Planning Support

- Support the MRTT Program in subcontracting and customization activities.
- Manage and maintain customization planning using Microsoft Project and internal Airbus tools.
- Ensure planning data is accurate, updated, and aligned with program requirements.

?️ Data & Database Management

- Create, maintain, and update BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) databases.
- Update SCN and MSCN databases.
- Maintain and update the Service Bulletins database.
- Ensure data consistency and traceability across all program tools and repositories.

? Documentation & SharePoint Management

- Prepare, issue, and update customization documentation.
- Maintain the Customization SharePoint site and ensure relevant information is available and up to date.
- Support document management and information governance activities.

? Supply Chain & Coordination Support

- Support coordination activities related to BFE equipment.
- Assist in acquisition, delivery, dispatch, and equipment selection processes.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.
- Monitor actions and support issue resolution throughout the customization lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Education

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience within Airbus.

✅ Previous experience in PMO, Supply Chain, Planning, or Program Support activities.

✅ Knowledge of Airbus business and processes.

✅ MRTT Program experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills





✅ Experience with planning and project management activities.

✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.

✅ Good knowledge of Google Workspace tools.

✅ Experience managing databases, reports, and program documentation.

✅ Familiarity with SharePoint environments.

Languages

✅ English level B2 minimum (written and spoken).

✅ Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

✅ Excellent communication skills.

✅ Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.

✅ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

⭐ Previous experience supporting Airbus MRTT programs.

⭐ Knowledge of customization processes and BFE management.

⭐ Experience working in aerospace or defense programs.

⭐ Familiarity with Airbus planning, configuration, and supply chain tools.
