This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, governance, and evolution of a complex HR technology ecosystem, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the overall Workday solution architecture and roadmap.Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms.Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows.Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive solution delivery.Establish and promote best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance.Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments.Requirements8+ years of experience in HR technology environments, including significant exposure to Workday.Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or in a similar architecture role.Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Hire-to-Retire.Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, APIs,
