Overview In this role you drive customer value by leading product demonstrations and shaping pre-sales strategy for Factorial's HR, payroll, and finance solutions in the DACH market. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to craft tailored solutions, drive revenue growth, and enable the sales organization through training and content. You'll analyze market needs and competitor moves to guide product and marketing direction.

This is a high-growth, cross-functional position that combines client-facing activity with strategic enablement to scale adoption in a mature market.

Responsabilidades
- Lead product demonstrations for high-value accounts in Operations Payroll & Time products
- Shorten ramp-up for new hires and coach underperforming reps to 70% of objective
- Conduct ongoing sales and product training and refresh content based on metrics and feedback




- Develop a Certification Program to train over 500 peers in selling Factorial
- Perform market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Ensure smooth customer activation post-sale and align post-sales strategies with onboarding processes

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
- Proven experience as Business Solutions Consultant or similar (e.g., Account Executive, Account Manager)
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and create enablement materials
- Interest in HR, payroll, finance, and AI
- Proficiency in English and German
- Strong communication and presentation skills
