Overview In this role you will own the creative vision for a brand-new Merge 2 title, shaping its core loop, progression, and meta-game. You will guide the team from concept to soft launch and live operations, balancing economy mechanics and monetization to sustain long-term player engagement. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and art, driving cross-functional design initiatives in a fast-paced studio.

Mentor and grow a designers team with clear goals and execution standards





Collaborate with product, engineering, and art to guide features from concept to implementation

Improve design tools and processes to boost pipeline efficiency

Use live feedback and analytics to refine systems, balance economy, and promote design best practices

Requisitos principales Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong mathematical proficiency and ability to create formulas within a game context

Proven track record designing systems that influence player behavior and achieve product KPIs

Expert in features, systems, core loops, economies, and meta-designs for positive player behavior

Experience in live service games and iterating based on community feedback

Extensive experience leading a diverse design team and shipping games communication leadership collaboration game system design core loop design economy balancing
